What are your plans for Father's Day this Sunday?

Buy him a new tie; go out for brunch; BBQ with family and friends; or play footy together?

Anything you do for him with love and care is amazing.
And I also think it will be lovely to get some delicious meals on the table that care for his health!
Having a healthful diet can reduce the risk of chronic diseases as well as some cancers such as prostate cancer.

So what foods are important when it comes to men's health?
Lots of wholegrains, vegetables, fruits, legumes (beans and pulses) and nuts and seeds.
Moderate amount of fish, meat, poultry and dairy.
Using extra virgin olive oil for cooking over other oils and fats.
And most importantly, enjoying meal times together as a family!
