Make-Your-Own: Rehydration solution for athletes

It's hot.

You sweat a lot.

If you're working out or playing sports then you'll sweat even more.

Sweating will not only lose water, but also vital electrolytes from your body.
So it's important you rehydrate properly.

Here's an easy, all natural home-made sports drink recipe for you to try!

200 mL Orange juice (100% juice or squeezed)
3/4 Tb Salt
1 Tb Baking soda (bicarb soda)
4 Tb Sugar
Luke-warm water for adjustment

Combine orange juice, salt, baking soda and sugar in a blender or a shaker. Add luke-warm water to make up to 1 L. Mix/shake well and cool in the fridge.
