First of all, what is PMS?
PMS stands for Premenstrual Syndrome and it describes an array of symptoms that many women may experience prior to a period.

So if you're low on vitamin B6, a whole lot of things can go low and all together affect your body.

Women naturally secretes less serotonin than men. So it's important for women to eat good vitamin B6-containing foods to keep our energy and mood levels UP.
